CLEAR NVRAM

Clear Nvram
(1) Reset Nvram method 1
* Reboot system and enter the BIOS Setup by pressing F2
* Scroll down to Maintenance
* Choose Load Defaults
* Press escape and save the changes

(2) Reset Nvram method 2
* Reboot system and enter the BIOS Setup by pressing F2
* Turn on Caps Lock, Scroll Lock and Num Lock
* Press ALT + F (you should hear a beep)
* Press escape and save the changes

(3) Reset Nvram method 3 using the cmos chip
* Go here
* Click your model
* If listed, click view by Service Manual
* Click System Setup
* Click Clearing CMOS Settings and/or Clearing Forgotten Passwords

* Locate the 3-pin CMOS jumper (CLR CMOS) on the motherboard
* Remove the jumper plug from pins 1 and 2
* Place the jumper plug on pins 2 and 3 and wait approximately 5 seconds
* Replace the jumper plug on pins 1 and 2
