Google help says I can manage my apps by logging into Google plus and clicking the settings icon. When I try it goes to a page requesting my password.
The url for this page flashes back and forth
into a loop with another url.
lt switxhes back and forth so fast I can't read it or log in. The other url contains the word 'merge'.
